What made Solana shoot up from $20 to $100+? What’s changed?

I was just wondering this today, alot of people are saying that Solana would eventually overturn Ethereum which is currently $2.6k but I remember not too long ago people were making fun of Solana for the network going down various times and the price was hovering around $20 for a really long time until October 15, 2023 then it started to shoot up and now it’s $140+ … so to better understand things and see how $500, $1,000, or $2,000+ Solana would be possible, what do you think caused Solana to go from $20 to $140+? And what do you think could cause it to overtake Ethereum?
