Smart wallet to only use x% of the wallet amount per week ?

Hey guys,

I start to have a significant amount of Solana and I am curious if you know a smart wallet where I am not allowed to move more than 10% of the amount every week ?

So If my wallet gets stolen, I would only lose 10%. If I could get a email notification when there is a movement in my wallet would be the top. Am I the only one who like/need this feature ?
