Sent SOL from Metamask to Phantom ETH address???

So I have been holding this shitcoin for years, I finally got rid of it on Pancake swap. I exchanged it for SOL into my Metamask account:

Then I tried transferring that SOL to my phantom’s SOL address but it wouldn’t let me. So I tried the ETH address in my Phantom and it went through:

Did I just lose my SOL? How come I was able to put it into my Metamask in the first place if it was never gonna let me transfer to Phantom?
