Regarding the so called boom?

Yes sorry for the improper flair but didn’t think any of those actually fit What exactly happened to the expected boom. Is it just influencers paid by rich, just telling us to make us but, so the rich can exit slowly because retailers keep buying it? I’m asking not only for Solana but for others as well. Solana had its fair share of controversy just as any other crypto but it was and is still quite popular as a good crypto. So what will happen, should we expect it to actually achieve something!?
