PYTH STAKING CAP – be awere!

There is a limit the amount of times that you can stake your PYTH with same wallet.

I was trying out JUP’s VA and got some cheap PYTH and regularly staked them.

However, now the transactions are not going thru. I contacted PYTH via Discord and they said that there is no way of changing/fixing this.

Summary, you can either: 1) leave your stake and stake rest with another wallet

2) withdraw all PYTH and start staking with another fresh wallet

So to everybody – heads up!

There is a cap but cannot tell how many times I staked, maybe 20? Also did them in short time period and I’m not sure is that part of the problem.

So If you’re planning to DCA following bear cycle and/or before – please keep this in mind and stake only larger amounts at time so you don’t have to go thru all this unstaking and re-staking.

This is mainly for the airdrop hunters out there ofc since there is no APY on staking. Recent drops eligibility was around 5000 PYTH staked – so it’s not small amount of money indeed..

To play it even safer – I would go with 10k stake if you believe long term future of this high FDV token and think it’ll be a good investment in terms of price appreciation and potential future airdrops.
