Odds SEC/CFTC aren’t looking at pump fun?

What do you guys think the chance is honestly that the feds aren’t already building a case against pump fun? I watched a 20 something fully doxxed scam people for 4 hours and just leave with 10k lol…This has to be running out of rope? I think people need to be careful here with SOL. Its almost a cartoonish display of what they all accuse crypto of being, in an effort to paint us. Lets be smarter in this space.
