Need help making web3 workout app

I started this react native app, I am using stronglifts 5×5 as reference

I like the idea of STEPN but I want to try and replace nft usage with users staking in app and then the staking rewards are pooled together and used to pay users for workouts, I think I need a custom solana program, started working on one but want suggestions.
