Build, Build, Build with the Global PYUSD Portal Hackathon

@portal_hq partnered with @PayPal to launch the Global PYUSD Portal Hackathon! This 5-week, online event is aimed at encouraging Solana developers to build projects using PYUSD. Registration is now open and closes on Aug. 19, 2024.
