Jupiter Rate Limits – Error 1015

I keep getting rate limited on Jupiter when trying to manage my perpetual swaps. Would hate to get liquidated or miss an entry while I wait for reset. Anyone know why this is happening or if there is a workaround to see current liquidation levels as price and leverage changes? I understand the purpose of rate limits to keep bot traffic from dominating networks. I don’t know what Jupiter thresholds are or whether just keeping a page open without a login or transaction will contribute toward that threshold. Also would like to know the reset period.
