Is it useful to make a bundle transaction adding liquidity + first swap on Solana?

I’m close to smithii tools, and recently, they launched a feature to snipe your own liquidity pool at launch.

I mean, you can create a liquidity pool on Raydium and make the very first buy on transaction “cero”

Does anyone do something like that? How does it work? Is it really useful against sniper bots like they say?
