Im 18 losing my mind in crypto and investing what do i do?

I’m 18 been investing sense i was 14 in 8 grade now im about to graduate as a senior. My positions were all bought before the tiny pump and the pullback that’s currently happening. I have 1200 JUP tokens staked worth around $840 right now, it used to be worth a good $2400. Same with my coinbase, i had $500 in mixed between FARM, AERO, and RENDER. It pumped all the way to $1200 and sat for a while then dumped back down. My main question is do i just hold? I make about $100 a week as i have no hours available. I have never had this amount of money in a long time.
