How is this arbitrage program working?

This user is obviously using a arbitrage bot. But how is it possible, that he swaps his wSOL (after swapping into different tokens) into wSOL again?

Is he using Flash Loans? I was looking through his transaction history and he makes really good profits (fees from failed transactions not included).

But he seems to use the normal Jupiter Aggregator..
