Got token from a friend and apparently I can’t swap because I needed gas fees?

I recently got a meme coin from my friend and when I try to swap to sol, I don’t have enough gas fees for it. I am actually new and made the mistake by selling all sol I had before in my wallet. I thought I need to pay fee for swapping only once but it’s turned out to be every transaction. I am trying to swap to sol and send it to Binance.
