Failed sending solana to another cold add/cex address, do you also have this issue?

I tried hours ago sending solana through trustwallet ” leaving it totally empty”. But none activity was shown in the wallet, neither pending nor error. Even so balance just changed to zero, i was very worried so i decided to check in solanascan where i could see my previous balance plus no transaction addy was shown, with that logic can i be sure still have sols in my wallet, right? But i still cannot do any transactions due to the network problems, is it just me or is everyone experiencing the same? Just in case, sorry for my bad english spelling/grammar.
