Dexscreener Trading Confusion

Hey everyone!

A quick question, I am a newbie on dexscreener and witnessed something very interesting which had me thinking that how some traders gain so much with very little capital specially when the coin has just launched.

Is there any trick or way for doing this? Like bots or Is this an insider thing?
