Can you see how much % a dev holds in meme coins?

Hello I’m wondering if there is a way to see how much percentage a meme coin developer holds and how much they allocated to the LP pool.

For example, if a dev were to send 30% of the coins to many different wallets and then create a LP pool and burn the rest of the 70% and keep the 30% split between many different wallets can you see what the dev holds?

Doesn’t rugcheck.xyz show still show 100% LP locked if they lock the 70% LP allocated to the liquidity pool? I think this is true from my research, but I am not sure.

So if that is true then how can I find the total amount the dev holds so that I can feel more comfortable investing into these coins?
