Can anyone help out? I got fucked over by a friend..

Can anybody help me out with some sol? I was investing with my friend who showed me the meme coin life. We were making decent money flipping coins, and a while ago, he sent me a link for a Solana meme coin that looked legit. It was a drainer link. Now all of a sudden I’m blocked on everything. I’ve been calling his guy for days, and he won’t answer anymore. Everything I have is gone. And I don’t know how I’m going to pay my rent this month. I know asking is sometimes suss, but I’ve tried to get help through every option possible. Debts are piling, and mentality is deteriorated. I really hate to do this, but can some one who is a good person please help me out? I’m royaly fucked and my world’s falling apart. Lesson learned.
