Bullx gas Settings and Fees

Firstly what should I put by buy in, sell, slippage and bribe to?

But also, I see 0.1 buy in recommended a lot. So does that mean I would If I were to make a 1 sol trade, I would be paying a 0.1 sol fee right at the start? essentially being 10% down already, and then 10% more at the sell?

And what do the fees end up becoming once all added up?
