Are people concerned about the CFTC/SEC looking into a certain app

I won’t name any particular app, because apparently that means your post gets deleted….but the one that makes all the revenue for the chain. Are we not concerned the feds are going to attack this app? It feels almost cartoonishly obvious its meant to paint us in a certain light, or am I crazy? Do normal defi builders on Solana not realize/accept that they are a threat to everything they do? All that dirty money flows into defi. I see it on chain.
