Hi everyone,
I’m planning to run a Solana RPC node for personal use. The scripts I’ll be running are fairly basic and will generate around 500-1,000 RPC calls per minute. I’m trying to determine the bare minimum hardware and connectivity requirements for this setup.
I’m considering hosting the RPC server in a data center but hoping to use a 100 Mbps connection. Most of the recommendations I’ve found online suggest at least 1 Gbps, but I assume those are geared toward more demanding use cases than mine.
If anyone has experience running a validator or an RPC node and could share some insights, I’d greatly appreciate it!
