I made a mistake and sent JupSOL to my Tokocrypto wallet (a CEX like Binance). Since JupSOL isn’t listed on their exchange, the tokens aren’t showing up in my balance. I reached out to support, but they’re telling me the funds can’t be retrieved.
I’m surprised by this response since it doesn’t seem too complex for them to access my SOL wallet and return the tokens.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there anything else I can do to recover my funds?
