Who want to build a (Solana) Meme coin with me?

I’m searching for passionate individuals to help build a new crypto project with a strong, democratic foundation. I’ve already brainstormed some initial ideas, and now I’m looking for collaborators who are excited about creating something long-term and impactful.

These are my ideas so far:

Key Concepts:

• Democratic Governance: Our project is designed so that every token holder has a voice. Major decisions—from fund allocation to development priorities—will be made through transparent, community-wide votes using DAO tools.
• Fair Distribution: We plan a phased token distribution: Additionally, there are reserved allocations for founders (3.14% of the max supply, locked for 5 years) and developers (5% of the max supply, locked for 1 year) to ensure long-term commitment while keeping the majority in community hands.
  • Phase 1: 35% of the initial tokens will be airdropped to verified community members. (verified so the 35% get distributed as democratic as possible)
  • Phase 2: Another 35% will be available in a controlled pre-sale with strict purchase limits per address.
  • Phase 3: A special event will distribute the remaining 30% to further boost community engagement.
• Long-Term Sustainability: Our tokenomics are built for the long run. The total supply will grow at a fixed 2% compounded annual rate, with all new tokens issued as staking rewards. This predictable model, combined with transparent fee usage (initially directed to a treasury fund for development, website updates, and exchange fees or maybe something else), ensures the project remains sustainable and continuously evolves based on community input.
