Is this a celeb backed token that nobody knows yet?

So I came across this coin $WINNIE it’s already at 5.5M MC with an ATH of 6.1M with no marketing? They’ve only done a dex update so far. I joined the tg and they’re saying that marketing will start tomorrow (Friday). I’ve looked at their website and it’s a coin supporting the foundation Joey’s Friends which is founded by Millie Bobby brown. And her dog’s name is Winnie. Does anyone know if she is involved in any way with this token?

Could be so as I see many big buys coming in with rarely any sells. Could this be insider information? Or am I missing something? I also see @crimsoncreator modding in their tg. She is well known in the crypto scene. Something must be going on here
