It doesn’t mean these coins are destined to fail but that someone made money off you at your expense. Sometimes communities can overcome bad Devs but those stories are far and few in between.

The differences between Turbos and other like Trump Coin which just launched is that the community was built over time and not people trying to sell “bags” to each other for a quick buck.
