Question: I have a friend and his girlfriend both just got Masters in Computer Science. They are working in an app for me but I ask….. is the MEME community just scam & weirdos blowing a good thing like they did NFT ‘s ?

Basically I was thinking of creating a MEME but I would like to know if there can be added Utility to a MEME project.

I dont want to create a community just to do the RUG PULLING because I believe in the unity of society and we can be/do so much more if we just unite and work together.

If possible to add Utility to a RoadMap so my community is confident…..is this possible?

Myself and my wife would use this opportunity if possible to create a MEME that has Utility so we can ” Semi-retire” while catering to our token owners.

The MEME would be called example; Divinities of Eden Vactions ( DOEV)

The utility would be to create a low cost high luxurious Condo vacation rental. Is it possible to sell the 1 billion tokens and extract some cash to purchase the 250K near beach carribean condo and 50k for SUV and now ONLY community members who are owners of the Token can join the Telegram and Zoom communities so we can vote weekly on who shall use the condo for NEXT year 1 week for like 100 bucks per day and it would include the condo and transportation in the New SUV

These are just thoughts and questions I have please put the pitchfork down and no weird comments please because I am new to MEME culture just want to get a lil community feedback.

Also this Idea is entertaining in the fact that if we empower my MEME or anybody can do this Idea. Even YOU can do it and we all buy PENNY tokens lol and now open yet another luxurious Condo say you decide to make 1 million with your coin selling all 1 billion and YOU semi retire to 2 condo for 500k in Miami and a Escalade and now you are a tour guide/ operator with wife catering to an Basically ENDLESS pool of clients 😉 because the token owners even those who own 10 bucks will be in the Telegram group and this luxurious Condo 1 week Miami vacation includes you transportation in the Escalade for very cheap would be the price to all your token owners because You are enlightenment with paid condo, paid Escalade and cash in bank and should only be happy and focus on taking care of your community.

We all then empower someone to start a MEME and again sells out 8 billion penny tokens and this person can buy a Mansion in Texas or a Condo in HAWAII

Basically if we all support this vacation MEME idea many of the people could semi retirement and become vacation guides to their own community.

I like the idea because for a few bucks I would buy into many many many of the different people in our communities who have a solid Condo vacation plan we can all rally and buy tokens and open another Luxurious vacation destination for us to try and book in the Telegram battles 🤣

Is adding utility like this even possible or is that more NFT area ?
