Two weeks ago, we introduced PRISM, our turn-based roguelike set in the far reaches of space. In PRISM, you take control of a spaceship, engage in strategic battles, and collect resources to upgrade and overcome challenges. A little recap :

What Is PRISM?

PRISM is a turn-based roguelike game set in the depths of space. You play as a daring pilot taking on enemies in strategic, RPG-style battles. The goal? Upgrade your ship, earn valuable resources, and climb the leaderboard.

PRISM operates with two distinct currencies:

• $PRISM: Our tradable, on-chain token with in-game multipliers and future DAO governance roles.
• QUARTZ: Off-chain and used exclusively in-game for repairs, upgrades, and marketplace purchases.

What’s New in PRISM?

We’ve been hard at work, making sure the game stays exciting and fair for everyone. Here’s what’s recently been added or improved:

1. Marketplace Expansion: Players can now visit the in-game marketplace to buy two new ships using QUARTZ. Soon, the marketplace will also become a trading hub, where players can sell their upgraded ships to other players.
2. Smoother Interface: We’ve completely revamped the game’s interface to make it much more smooth, user-friendly, and efficient. Whether you’re navigating menus or planning your next expedition, the experience is now better than ever.
3. Gameplay Balancing:
   • All ships now start with an additional 150 HP to give new players a better chance to explore and succeed.
   • Enemy attack damage has been reduced by 40%, making the early game more accessible.
4. Daily Rewards: To keep things engaging, we’ve introduced daily rewards! By logging in every day, players can claim 200 QUARTZ to help with repairs, upgrades, and new purchases.
5. Leaderboards: Compete to climb the top 20 spots on the leaderboard! It’s not just for bragging rights—our creators have hinted at exciting surprises for the top-ranked players in the future.

Behind the Scenes

The PRISM creators—Ander and Beebs—are dedicated to this project and the community. Despite a few development challenges (like an account creation issue that was quickly resolved), the team works tirelessly every day to improve the game and ensure the community is kept informed with daily updates.

Importantly, the team has not sold a single $PRISM token, proving their commitment to the long-term success of the project.

The Future of PRISM

We’re just getting started! Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming next:

1. NFT Pilots: Ander has already begun working on a collection of NFT Pilots, which will be directly tied to your ships. These pilots will bring a new level of personalization and strategy to the game. A sneak peek has already been shared on our Telegram, and the full collection is in development.
2. Marketplace Trading: The marketplace will soon allow trading between players. Imagine selling your fully upgraded ship to other players or acquiring rare, high-level ships. This feature will add a whole new dynamic to the game’s economy.
3. Community Events: With the leaderboards in place, expect more competitive and community-driven events that reward skill and dedication.
