Losing 75% of my inital investment in this meme world. . .

For those of you who are just entering the world of crypto because you heard: “This guy flipped $50 to $30,0000” or “YOU CAN BUILD GENERATIONAL WEALTH, LOCK IN” please read this thread. Yes it is true, you can flip that much. Yes you can build generational wealth but, no YOU can’t. This crypto world is all about connections and building teams that help each other push coins whether real or fake. There’s meme coins, then theres utility coins, and then we have RUGS. Meme coins are just coins that are plainly for the Lols, theres no use of the coin its just to show how strong the community will push a good narrative, such as $Chillguy, $PNUT, or $PEPE. These type of coins are simply roulette, you pick a number (number being a coin) and you hope you landed on the right one. If you see a bit of hype around it could be a good one, if EVERYONE is talking about it chances are; you’re too late. Now utility coins on the other hand, have actual value. A coin like $GRIFFAIN for example, revolves around a Ai utility that helps people. They branched out the Ai to helping you plan your day, trade on the market, and give you all types of information. These type of coins that have good original tech, and are possibly good investments if caught early. Now the odds of you finding these coins are 1 in 100, that’s me being nice… Hundreds if not thousands of coins are being created everyday, we’ve reached a point where there’ll be 30 copies of the same coin will come out to steal everyones funds. You are not in a stable market. For you to stay in profit or not lose to rugs, do not target launches, do not go for unknown coins, stick to coins that are already on a uptrend. ALWAYS SELL INITIALS. If you’re taking a screenshot of your profits SELL. READ THAT AGAIN. It gets addicting, you start to chase this rush of finding the next ‘runner’ but you won’t. The top people making money, are either farming or have insider information. You cannot predict the outcome of a coin based on how funny it is, thats just to get you thinking its easy. Now to bring it on a personal level, I’ve lost from rugs and scams. I was naive, thinking these guys are just like me; they wanna make good money but i guess they didn’t. First scam was someone who joined a small group, and we were all giving each other calls, the guy who joined started giving really good calls. A coin like $LOU before it went to a million. We were all in shock how’d he get these good calls, then he proceeds to say hes young and just does this for fun. He left a message saying “If anyone wants me to invest for them I’ll do it for a small %” yes, I know what you’re thinking how’d you believe him. I can get into to the why, how, when but realistically everyone in the group believed the kid. I had the admin even tell me he was going to do the same. Anyways i woke up one morning with my portfolio being down due to a crash in the market mid Dec. I looked at the group chat scrolled up a bit and saw that message, so texted him…we spoke…still played the i do this shit for fun card…and like. dumb. guy… I sent him some Sol. He sent me a wallet, then couple hours later “Last seen along time ago…” (For those who don’t know, when someone blocks you on telegram that message appears) Now at this point im down 30% of my portfolio including the markets crash. Another way was trying to start a coin with a group of people, where we all tried to get our own coins moving, just for the guy who takes care of the all the funds to run away. DONT SEND ANYONE THROUGH TELEGRAM MONEY. Long story short (I see I’ve written a lot rn) I tried trading didn’t work tried catching coins right at their launch, you just don’t end up in profit unless you catch the runner. You could get rugged 7 times and catch one 10x, and you’ll think oh wow; the fall right back in the trap. You need insider information, or just go launch your own coins. Currently, I’m in two long term coins where i’m just waiting to get my initials back then shove them back in my portfolio which could get me to at least 40%, maybe. I am no expert, nor am I trader. I am just one who saw this opportunity and took it. Some will say he’s stupid, some will come with anger, but we all learn from mistakes. Hopefully this market can stabilize because I am in debt, and could face legal troubles. Not here to get personal or talk about my problems, just to help raise awareness for all of you starting or already in. This is not a stable way of making income, either stick to actual utility coins or come to this market like you’re going to the casino. Hope you all find generational wealth. Peace
