You have to be able to see the long term vision through all the fud to get the rewards in crypto. Block it all out and work for your bags and you will be rewarded! The drastic swings and fud is what scares a lot of people away from crypto (along with the scams obviously). You have to have conviction in your plays.
My advice, if the haters/fudders are getting to you is take a step away, decompress, then come back ready to work for your bag. The worst thing you can do is constantly jump around to the “hot” coin as by the time you hear about it, it is usually starting to cool off and you become exit liquidity for the people who were in that coin before it became “hot.” Have conviction with your plays, hodl and work for your bags and you will be rewarded!
