So a user from bulgaria Hong Kong China messages me on telegram after joining a coin telegram group about crypto and he seems to be telling me about memecoins and how his friend is a whale who knows coins before anyone but when i asked for his friends information he says i cant get it and that his from singapore. He is telling me to get this coin in UTC Time and certain its a scam but just wanted to make sure. Do you guys think its a scam please let me know your thoughts on this?
