Hey, guys, I want to seriously know if I’m being crazy here, but I’ve been following this project since launch (~5 days ago), and I freaking love the tek: you open a live chat in any url you are, and can chat with anyone in the same url. Let the implications of that sink in.
Also, project’s been live on the chrome web store, works, and has had a major update just yesterday where you can now see the top “rooms” (read, urls) people are flocking into the most. aka, a trend finder built-in. It’s basically a telegram 2.0, and at a freaking ~2m MC (!!!)
I mean, I’ve honest to god seen way less interesting stuff blow way past 1b MC for way less promise.
What I think is going on here is either one of two things:
A) it’s some elaborate slow rug pull
B) since it’s only 1 dev and 1 marketing guy doing all the heavy-lifting, it’s been kinda forgotten amidst all the deepseek drama.
