Definitely believe I’ve been scammed

I feel stupid but I’m also very new in the crypto realm. Long story short i bought $200 of ALLBI because of its massive price increases. I have now done some more research and found an introduction to how scam coins work. I can’t swap ALLBI back to solana or any coin on solana. I realize now that research, community trust, and overall knowledge of the project ensures this doesn’t happen to unaware buyers like myself.

I just wanted to know if anyone else has bought this coin or knows if there is a way to get the coin swapped. I also wanted to say don’t be a dummy and throw your money wherever if you don’t know what you’re doing… like me.
