Boyfriend doesn’t know how much I lost in Solana

Why is trading a meme coin so hard. I’ve tried to stick with a coin for a bit and it gets rugged. Or I get into a coin too early where there isn’t any liquidity. Its a difficult path to choose to do this full time. Honestly all of you guys hats off to you but I think I’m going to quit.
