Are these scams/shady contracts tokens?

So I use Phantom and maintain a balance of meme coins on Solana, on Eth and also Base (Eth). I noticed that more than 25 hours ago, an address sent me one token of each of the coins you see in the screenshot. All of them came from the same address:

0x7be78efc6a0307ada13aba0a012d084a3a93281e

So what are these? Scam tokens that will rip me off if I sell them/exchange them? What should I do with those to get rid of them?
