Is 1m scalping possible in crypto or are the fees too high?

I am applying a strategy I have applied to the S&P500 which has been profitable for me short to medium term. It’s a very bot-like strategy, that opens and closes positions very soon based on volume criteria. It can make profit on as low as 0.04% deviation from open price.

I’ve opened a 13 ETH position with leverage and closed 1m later for +14.29 USDT PNL just to validate my strategy on crypto.
Little did I know that after taking all fees, I was at loss.

Did my homework and saw my cex/broker charging 0.02% maker, 0.05% taker.

Are there any cexes/brokers in the crypto space that are more scalping friendly in terms of fees? Or is scalping in crypto mostly done on larger time frames? e.g 5-10m
