So about a month ago my brother wanted to transfer his COTI from his Kucoin to a different exchange. He noticed that there were only two networks he could send it through. His options were the COTI network or the ETH network. He of course chose the COTI network because it was the cheaper option. The issue arises on the receiving end. The exchange that was recieving the the COTI would only accept it through the ETH network. He sent the COTI through the COTI network and tried receiving it through ETH network. I’ve told him before that whatever network he is sending the coins through is the same network he has to receive it from.
The first time he made this mistake was with SHIB. He sent it through the BNB network and received it through the ETH network. I was able to recover the coins with the help of people on this subreddit and made a secondary wallet on my trust wallet to receive the coins. When I switched phones and had to redownload everything that secondary wallet had not activated when I activated the main wallet. Could anyone help me on how to reactivate that second wallet?
