I have a year old, Ledger Nano S Plus. Within the last week, the physical button on top that allows you to toggle back and forth between options has stopped working. Now I can’t access any of my money on this drive and Ledger “support” is less than supportive. The chatbot just takes me around in an endless loop without helping or letting me speak to a human being.
Is there a way I can access this drive without being able to physically validate with the PIN? I still have my support phrases, FYI
