Best X (twitter) feeds to follow to help catch runners

Hi everyone! I started a server a couple months ago to help others catch memes early as well as help with developing certain mindsets that have helped me during my trading journey. Within my server I have a bot that allows us to receive twitter feeds directly into the server.

For those who engage in the CT space, I am wondering, who are the best creators to follow? I understand that this space is rife with scammers and KOLs farming their followers; this is the type of people I am trying to avoid (think Mr.punkdoteth)
