Where’s one for us?

We’ve seen god candles. Sometimes we’ve caught them. Our bags have bled. Wins, huge. Losses, crushing. Promises broken. Fortunes made. Fortunes wiped out. Sleepless nights. Sudden riches. Rugs, pulled. FOMO. We’ve learned the hard way. We’ve seen the patterns. We’ve nailed the timing. We’ve been burned. We’ve doubted ourselves. We know the risks. We chase the rewards. We know what volatility is. We embrace the chaos. We find the alpha. We miss the boat. We HODL. We panic sell. We try again. We get rekt. We’re still here.

Some might dabble on the edges. We see a path to financial freedom. We’re trading through a dream and a nightmare. This is more than a side quest. This dream, this nightmare, it’s ours. We’re bonded by this bizarre thing that is the crypto market. It’s a collective shared experience in a way that no other market ever has been (even when it’s PvP). Nobody gets it unless they’ve been down here in the Trenches, felt the weight of their portfolio plummet, and found themselves glued to charts until your vision goes hazy and continued to doom scroll CT until your grip on your mind and emotions starts to bleed into your real life.

Countless times, the wisdom, the camaraderie, the empathy of my fellow Trenchers have kept me sane. After a market meltdown, a panicked trade, a rug, or just the soul-crushing volatility. Underneath the shilling and the bad actors and the bullshit, there’s a community beyond whatever tokens we’re shilling. Maybe you don’t need it, but this shared experience matters. And if you’re still reading, it probably matters to you, too.

This isn’t just another meme coin. This is OUR coin. Born from the Trenches and for the Trenches.

I believe in this idea. I want to be a part of it. But I don’t need to lead it. It is my homage to the Trenches. I know this idea has legs. I don’t care who takes it to Valhalla. It must be led by a community of people who get it. The possibilities are endless where we can take this idea and expand. I have some, but it’s for a community to take and develop.

I give you a CA, this subreddit and some humble ideas. From here the community builds it together. I have launched this in a bleeding market as an indication of my belief in the real Trenchers to make something glorious out of this, even in a sea of red.

P.S. some starter ideas below

• I picture something like a community created stories (probably shorts comics or animation) that riffs on the visuals of literal trenches with our Trenches. Red candles = rocket fire, FuD = poisonous gas, KoLs as sort of either evil or heroic generals, rug pulls = carpet bombs etc. You get the idea.
• I’m not sure we need a mascot, but if we do, it needs to nail the theme and have a consistent design. All successful meme coins have a consistent design for their mascot.
• We can reach out and bring communities that we respect into our stories, e.g. [insert meme] mascot joins us in a particularly challenging battle.
• These stories should mostly cover metaphorical stories for the general things that happen to us in the Trenches, however if we can be responsive enough, there’s probably some cool story telling to be had with recent events.
