Confused about profit

Hey guys,first of all, I just stumbled upon Bonk bot on Telegram. I found it very interesting anf gave it try. Of course I started with very small amounts of money so that I could really dive into it step by step and try everything and learn the mechanics.
There is one thing I don’t understand and can’t figure out. I bought CODE (Cult of Doge) for 0.00001118. I wanted to sell it when the price was 0.003295, but still, Bonk bot was, after refreshing, showing a profit around -20%.
Is there anyone willing to explain it please?
I will be very grateful.
