new meme coin – advice needed to have best chance of success

Hello – I am finally creating a meme coin that has been swimming around inside my head for a few years. It is an original concept and I think will resonate. I am happy to build the community slowly but surely and build something that will last. With this in mind, I seek some advice about the tokenomics. I am thinking that I launch with a large liquidity pool which is deflationary. Every transaction will burn tokens. I also think I will launch on Ethereum AND limit purchases to a maximum of 0.5% per transaction. This should ensure there is no incentive for snipers and will reward people who actually believe in the concept and are engaged (as the ratio of ETH transaction fees to coin purchased will be initially high). Of course this means that the coin grows slowly, initially but I am ok with that.

Any advice on this would be greatly welcomed. i.e. what measures should I put in place to maximise A)the chance of the coin succeeding and rewarding a genuine community rather than automated speculators. B) what would you like to see in place from me and the founding team to satisfy you, the purchaser that this cannot be rug-pulled etc. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
