Working with a friend who installed Phantom via Chrome extension (unsure where he actually got it and cannot confirm the source). He transferred some SOL and a new token to the address and within 2 seconds later, those SOL and tokens left. Since Solana has no means of reporting possible hacker addresses, posting it here:
