Telegram bots are slow asf!!!!

As the title suggests I’ve become frustrated with the “fastest” way to trade. Let’s say you got a new pool and u buy the low. Most of the time I’m lucky if I’m able to buy the low before something sends the price way higher. But what really gets to me is I can’t “Farm” the coins like others can as I’ll always be late. I will watch transactions go through at the lows and those same ones go through on the highs. My question is what are they using to be so quick?? Even if I upped my gas I cannot reach that speed. What are they using to be so quick in and out in 10 seconds sometimes? How?
