Staking options and the risk associated – JitoSol vs Native validators

JitoSol seems to be the same yield if not better and it’s completely liquid vs waiting for the next epoch to unstake natively.

I’m distributed on a few different native staking validators – mainly Helius.

I want to ask is there any higher or lower risk of staking with JitoSol vs Helius for example? At the moment I’m staking about 80% of more Sol.
