Solutions to execute Solana token swaps fast

I am new to solana front-end development, we would like to execute Solana token swaps fast using typescript (and the solana/w3.js library), but the available solutions are way slower than my project manager requires.

The requirement is executing swaps fast (2 seconds max), no need to retrieve token mints or any other kind of data, the data is already retrieved by another application and saved as a json file.

Are there any (new or old) solutions (paid or free) that can communicate with the blockchain fast?
