DexScreener “approve transaction” question (telegram bot)

Hey guys, so when im trading i get this “approve transaction” tab a lot i kinda realized its because the price of the coin is moving too fast so im usually just spamming the “sell” tab and clicking “reject” the transaction because the sell never goes through when that tab shows up, does the “telegram bots” let me sell at any point id like? if ill use the bot will i avoid that tab and my transaction not goin through? thanks guys
