Jake Donoghue is a former crypto founder and industry insider. He set up a number of projects in the previous cycle, one of which obtained an all-time-high fully diluted valuation of $300 million. He also co-founded one of the most prominent marketing agencies in the industry, working with and advising some of the biggest names in the space.
He left the industry at the end of 2022 and turned whistleblower, shining a light on the fraud and malpractice which blights the space, to raise awareness of crypto scams and how to avoid them. His book – Crypto Confidential: An Insider’s Account From The Frontlines Of Fraud – launched last week, and describes the mechanics of how many of these scams operate, and how the insiders at the helm of the industry act behind closed doors.
