Got scammed by freezing authority I think, please help me to never got scammed again

This is the second time this happened to me. I made some good profit of some other memecoin but yesterday I lost 100% and today I lost %100 of it

I see a huge green candle, I try to sell it says no open position BOOM all transactions 0.1 and I’m 100% drained.

I’m still a beginner and just lost $50 but it still hurt to get scammed I feel like an idiot.

Please help me to avoid those scammers.

I’m using Bonkbot and track my profit through dexscreener by pasting my wallet on maker filter.

I know phonton could show you freeze authority freeze disabled but I’m using little amount of money, won’t most of them get through phonton if I use it?
