Solflare – how can i see more info about my trades?

Hi guys apologies in advance if what I’m about to ask, very new to crypto.
I’ve previously traded some cryto using a metamask wallet on eth. now I wanted to trade some coins on Solana and so I’ve got the solana version of metamask from what I understand, that is Solflare, so far very good wallet, but I would like to see more information on the current P/L of my trades, can I connect my wallet to something like trading view to it or vice versa?
