How to calculate the profit of a meme coin project that developers acquire by using the “Top Traders” section on DEXScreener?

I want to calculate an approximate amount of real money that a meme coin project developers earn. I go to the Top Traders section where I can see the biggest transactions. But not all of them are real purchases of coins (market makers, bots, etc). How to understand which of those transaction I can count to calculate the real profit of a project?
