How to launch a utility coin?

Hi everyone,

for the past months I am developing a scam checker that is more detailed than what we have currently. I want to launch the scam checker with a token and I created a matching dog meme for the token. From what I have seen real utility tokens don’t do well Solana, that’s why I want to combine it with a meme.

I have put a lot of effort into the project so far – 2+ months for the scam check and a few days for the meme – so I want it to be successful.

How should I launch the token? Pump.fun seems to be the easiest, but I feel like the tokens all go to zero, no matter what the dev is doing. On Moonshot I don’t know how to gain visibility for your token at all. And for a pre sale I wonder how this is even done. Is there some platform for it to distribute the tokens according to the amount that was send? Do you create something like a pre sale pool? If I would need to code this myself, i will pass on pre sale for sure, since i rather put the time in the scam check.
Some of the features I currently have for the scam check: Mint&Freeze enabled, Liquidity locked, Total holders, Ghost wallets, whales, devs that went from moonshot/pumpfun to raydium before, tokens with same name or image, website & ip address, socials, dex paid.
